@kimm748 I called that one time they were supposed to send a letter.. the guy put it in but didn't send it. I called yesterday they sent one right away. Just have to wait till it comes. Hopefully by Friday. Once I verify o should get my refund by the following week... What's new on your end??

I'm still waiting. I don't think I'll file early next year. For the last several years there's been delays when I file early.

I received my account transcript and under transactions are codes 150, 805, and 570.

Code 150 Tax Return Filed  Cycle 20180605 Date 2-26-2018 Amount $0.0

Code 806 W-2 or 1099 withholding  Date 04-15-2018 Amount shown is my refund amount as a negative number.

Code 570 Additional account action pending Date 2-26-2018 Amount $0.00

I called today. Accuracy review. Wait 60 days or less. Keep checking WMR. If I get a letter or a take action code on WMR then go to the next step depending on code received or letter received.

@kimm748 UPDATE!!! I RECEIVED MY ID VERIFICATION LETTER SATURDAY... I VERIFIED MONDAY.. I SHOULD UPDATE SATURDAY WITH A DDD FOR NEXT WEEK... IM SO RELIEVED.... IM SORRY TO HEAR YOUR RETURN IS FROZEN.. YOU SHOULD CALL TO CHECK THE STATUS ON IT... LET ME KNOW SOMETHING...

I'm on hold for wage verification. Spoke to a TA and submitted w2's and proof of hardship. They want me to amend. I'm waiting for confirmation that's the way to go.

@kimm748 Wow... You know it takes 6-12 weeks to amend... But just hang in there...  Here for you...

Amended returns take about 4 months to process.

I was under the impression that we shouldn't file an amended return until after they finished processing the original. I'll be calling the TA later today.

@titto20356 I submitted the amended return to my TA yesterday. I talked to her today and she has submitted everything. She said it will take a few weeks and that the system updates on Fridays. She said to check WMR on 3/23. Her and I will talk again on 4/5 if needed. Fingers crossed this goes smoothly! Lesson learned ... do not file early and make sure to go off of W2's not final pay stub. It didn't use to be so difficult. For some reason my employer submitted W2 much lower than the final pay stub and it has something to do with my insurance costs. Anyway, i hope you get your DD next week!!
