the software is making a math error trying to input my 1099-Q info

I'm trying to put my 1099-Q info in and I can't advance because it's telling me Box1 must equal Box2 and Box3 . . . but it does! how do I get this resolved?

If the numbers on your 1099-Q have decimal values (i.e. dollars and cents, like $00.00), you can try rounding those values up or down to the nearest dollar, and entering them as whole numbers. (i.e. $0)

The IRS will not accept any dollar values that are not rounded, and will be expecting the software to round off those values regardless, so you can try entering them as rounded values in the first place, to see if this corrects the issue.
