the ira distribution was 18,000 and it was taxable. so 18k is entered into the withdrawal box and 18k is entered into the taxable box. but in the summary of retirement income, it lists $32,371 as taxable ????

Backdoor Roth IRA 2024 - Turbotax is taxing the entire amount of the conversion (which is incorrect - the conversion amount is the same amount as the basis from the non-deductible IRA that I am converting to Roth.
