Which links are you referring to and in TT Online or TT Desktop?
I'm using TT mobile. When selecting any link for a line item I don't understand I get an error

Please try the following steps to troubleshoot your TurboTax app:
Completely shut down your phone or tablet.
Restart your phone or tablet.
Update Google Play/iOS if asked.
Relaunch the TurboTax mobile app and try it again.

This is still an issue. They seemed to be working in the iPhone App under Federal, but now that I’m in State for CA, none of the Learn More links are working. I tried the suggestions in this thread, but nothing fixed it.

I'm having the same problem with the Mac download version of TurboTax Premier.
It's very buggy, and I'm very disappointed!! Definitely not worth what I paid for it.
