For rollover you should have received a form 1099-R with code G in box 7. Code G indicates that it is a rollover amount and is not taxable.

To report the 1099-R form:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Go to Federal Taxes.
  3. Go to Wages and Income.
  4. Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security and click show more.
  5. Go to IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R) and click revisit.
