Tax Year Prior to 2020: What do I enter in occupation if I am retired?

I'm retired and Turbo Tax Deluxe will not let me finish my returns because it keeps asking for W2 information which a retiree doesn't have. How do I correct this?

It appears you have a W2 form still in your return that you need to delete. Chances are, it populated from a previous year when you received W2 wages. To delete your W2:

1. After logging into Turbo Tax
2. Go to wages and income and select edit
3. Go to Job (W-2)>review
4. If there is a W2 listed there, select the trash can icon next to edit and this will delete the form
