It appears you have a W2 form still in your return that you need to delete. Chances are, it populated from a previous year when you received W2 wages. To delete your W2:
- After logging into Turbo Tax
- Go to wages and income and select edit
- Go to Job (W-2)>review
- If there is a W2 listed there, select the trash can icon next to edit and this will delete the form
