Yes, TurboTax supports the form.

In TurboTax online program, please follow these steps:

1. After sign into your account and select Take me to my return

2. At the right upper corner, in the search box, type in 1099qa and Enter

3. Select Jump to 1099qa

4. On screen, ABLE account distributions included in income, enter information and follow prompts.

How do I work with a 1099QA in the Intuit Free Filer version?

At some point, the program will ask you to upgrade to TT Deluxe. No way to avoid it.
