State Taxes Rejected E-File Illinois

I keep trying to file my state taxes and every time I submit them they get rejected and I get given the following reject code: Reject Code IL_QualifyingEICIncome_R22. I cant find what this means anywhere and I have tried everything from changing my address to double and triple checking numbers. My federal return went through just fine but the state just won't. What does that code mean and what do I do to fix this?

Are you still experiencing this problem? I'm not finding a description of that code.
