Hi, @Debbie0907 , thanks for the questions! My apologies though, as I can only answer your second question. Your first question is a Social Security question, not a tax question. That being said, you may find this article from the SSA helpful.
"What is the max AGI when on SS?" Well, there is no "max AGI", so I assume you're asking how much other income without your Social Security being taxable? The answer is that your MAGI can't be more than $25,000 for all filing statuses except Married Filing Jointly, which is $32,000. Your MAGI is defined as half of your Social Security benefits, plus 100% of your other income.
Hope this helps, please let me know if this raises additional questions!
Good afternoon. To answer your first question, please reach out to Social Security Administration. Here is more information on how to contact them for assistance for your particular question about the amount of Social Security benefits: https://www.ssa.gov/agency/contact/phone.html
As far as your second question, there is no maximum adjusted gross income limit for Social Security benefits associated with retirement.
