Social security disability lump sum payment for earlier year

Im stuck on the 5th page of the earlier year questionnaire there are 3 boxes on that page 

1. Adjusted gross income in 2018

2. Tax - exempt interest in 2018

3. Taxable social security benefits in 2018

Box 3 is where im stuck what do I put in that box ? Do i put the 2018 lump sum amount off my 2021 SSA-1099 or do i leave it blank

You enter the amount from line 5b of your 2018 Form 1040. If that line is blank or zero, leave it blank in TurboTax. It will be blank if you did not report any Social Security benefits on your 2018 tax return.
