Socia Security Entry Point on Turbo Tax Basic has a glitch

In turbo tax basic when we get to tthe Social Security Benefits area of TT the system crashes . Is there a fix?

Are you able to close out of TurboTax and start again in another browser?

You may also want to close out of TurboTax, clear cache and cookies, then restart TurboTax.

I have a 1099 from social security for my minor child and I'm told I have to file it for him. I don't see a place to input it in a basic 1040 ez format. Please advise
