Social Security tax and Medicare tax aren't withholding taxes. They are taxes which aren't refundable.
No. They are different issues.
Enter all of the amounts from every box of your W-2's. But the amounts withheld for Social Security or Medicare will not be used to calculate your refund or tax due. You do not get those amounts added back to your refund.
Or do you get Social Security benefit checks and a SSA-1099? There can be federal income tax withholding on that in box 6.
