Should I half to fill out the last question for section c on my taxes because I don't have any code nor do I understand why they are asking me for one?

What version are you using?  You can't fill our Schedule C in the Free Edition.  Did you get a 1099NEC for something?  If you have self employment income you do have a business.

Schedule C line B Business Code is a 6 digit number for your activity.  Here are the IRS instructions for Schedule C.  Business codes start on page 18.  If you can't find a code that applies, you can enter 999999.
