If I contributed to a Roth through my employer and it is on my W2 (which was imported into Turbo Tax), do I need to add Roth contribution information separately under the Federal Tax section or is it already taken care of?

If the contributions were made to a Designated Roth Account under a 401(k), or 403(b) plan, you would not enter anywhere else on your tax return.  It is, as you said "already taken care of".
