<P>TurboTax indicates to enter a required minimum distribution amount due by Dec. 31, 2024 for my Teachers Retirement System of Texas account. Is the amount the entire amount of my gross distribution on my 1099R form?</P>

I am 75 with an IRA, receiving 2025 RMD. Part of the RMD paid directly to my church. Am I correct in assuming I do not have to include this amount in my taxable income?
