RMD distributions

Been a TT user for 10+ years and have had RMDs for the last 2 years. I've read the comments/complaints about 2024 RMD distributions for multiple IRA accounts. I agree TT sucks in this area. I should not have to look at FAQ for a work around for a product I spent $ for. This must be fixed by TT and not community work arounds. If not fixed by TT, I will cancel my subscription.
