Return rejected AND status not filed!

I have to file Form 1116 - Foreign Tax Credit.  I had to wait until Turbotax released updates on January 19 before I could file.  I filed and a few hours later got an e-mail from Turbotax saying return was rejected but with no error code.  Back into Turbotax and check status of return and it says not filed yet!  Tried filing again for luck but same thing happened.

There were problems with 1116 forms for 2020 tax year, but 2021 was fine.

Has anyone else had similar problems with 1116 forms?

It depends.  Are you using Turbo Tax Online or the software edition? You might try calling customer support to see if they can research the error.

Using the software edition.  Is there an e-mail address I can use?  It is difficult using an 800 number from England.
