Retirement Taxes

<P>Currently a South Dakota resident. I own a home in Wi. I am retired do not work at all in Wi. and receive a Federal Retirement Anuity. I travel through states of S.D. Texas, Arizona, California and Wisconsin during a years period of time. I should not have to pay Wi. income taxes. Any thoughts? </P>
