I received a 1099R for our 403b and IRA retirement distributions. Received one page with each mutual fund and IRA fund listed with the individual amounts and all the info that you would get if you had individual 1099Rs. If I report each one separately in TT, there is no place to indicate the fund number or name. So each entry looks the same with the Company information but with a different amount distributed for each fund. Can I enter a total for all 403b funds and a total for all IRA funds and only enter 2 entries? The IRA funds were used for QCD.

Enter them separately. You do not need to enter the Fund name. The IRS does not need to match it to a particular fund. It is not like a 1099-B. They just need to know the name and TIN of the issuer.
