Recently, I got a promotion, which moves my salary from $30k to $60k. What measures do I take to ensure a refund? Do I fill out a W4 to make additional contributions?

Reside in Louisiana. Under former position ($30k), always had a refund around $1200 dollars. I assume with this new position ($60k) that I will not receive a refund, actually owe the government, if I do not take the proper steps.

I can not find a place to accurately enter an additional SEP IRA contribution and have the amount deducted from my taxable income. Customer service on turbo tax is dead.
