You should consolidate the two W-2s into one when you enter them.
Take the Box 14 amount and its description from the second W-2 and add it to the first one.
If there are already 4 Box 14 entries on the first W-2, in the Online TurboTax product, just keep adding rows for Box 14 in the W-2 interview until all the Box 14 entries from both W-2s are entered.
Also check the retirement box on this W-2 as you enter it.
