In TurboTax online,
Not all of your social security benefits may be taxable, to understand it's taxability, click here: Social Security Benefits
While this may not work for you....one person switched to a different browser, and that fixed some of the navigation issues they were having .
This does not work. I've asked the question a couple of times and keep getting the same answer. Which does not work.
I hope you aren't using the Guided interview......get out of that and make sure you use the "Show All Income Items" (or something like that, I'm not sure what the text is this year to click on, since I get out of the guided interview as soon as I started working Online weeks ago))
Once you get out of the annoying Guided Interview, you can simply scroll down on the Wages&Income menu page to find the SS entry Start section. That would be somewhere in the Personal section in the SE software version.
