When calculating the under penalty amount using the annualized method, it appears that there's a bug in the "Tax Payments by Quarter" form as the dates make no sense!

the 4 date ranges I'm being asked to fill appear totally wrong:
1/1/2020 - 7/15/2000
7/16/2020 - 7/15/2020
7/16/2020 - 9/15/2020
9/16/2020 - 12/31/2020

other tax programs showed that also. (haven't looked lately)

It looks like that form is not finalized yet.

Interesting to know but why would the second date range (7/16/2020 - 7/15/2020)'s start date be after the end date?!
