What do I include in the "Total of all your payments and withholding" when trying to enter a 1099-G?

Can you just please tell us what boxes on my W-2 form i need to be looking for to sum up the "total payments and withholdings" ??

Box 2 reports the total amount of federal income taxes withheld and Box17 is the amount of state tax withheld.
