One of my 1099R only has 13 boxes. Talked with issuer. Only as issue with turbo tax. Other 1099R does not have amount on box 16. Program will not let me continue

Please check if you have a regular 1099-R or a CSA 1099-R  or a CSF 1099-R. 

Make sure you select the right one when you are on the "Who gave you a 1099-R?" screen.

1. Login to your TurboTax Account 
2. Click on the Search box on the top and type “1099-R”
3. Click on “Jump to 1099-R” 
4. On the "Who gave you a 1099-R?" screen select "Office of Personnel Management (CSA 1099-R) For U.S. Government Civil Service retiree annuity"
