I received something called a "nonreportable 1099" from my 401k account with the dividend amounts received over the tax year. In the document, it says "This statement displays activity for this account which has NOT been reported to the IRS". Nowhere in the document does it say that this is a 1099-DIV. Do I need to report these dividends for my taxes?

No, you do not report this form 1099 on your tax return.
This belongs to your 401(k) plan.
Thank you!
