IRA Rollovers and Backdoor Roth are not showing up for me anymore. I think Turbo Tax has put me into a state such that I don't get asked the rollover question. Help?

It showed up for the first time I tried to add a 1099-R using the "jump link" -- but since that time it always takes me to the regular 1099-R form which doesn't ask the rollover question.
