I want to amend my earlier year return and add non deductible IRA contribution but the Turbo tax help is not providing the details required. Please help.

If you made the IRA contribution timely then add it in the IRA area of the  Deductions & Credits section and choose to make the contribution non deductible  which will populate the form 8606.

did you take a deduction for a non-deductible contribution?

if NO, you can just submit the Form 8606 by itself.
