i need a statement for a loan that I didn't file last year due to retirement. Where on turbotax does it say I didn't file for 2023? thanks

There would be no such statement. I suggest you provide the loan company with a copy of your tax documents for last year that would substantiate that your income was below the filing threshold. As support for your contention, you can use this IRS tool to indicate to the lender that you weren't required to file a tax return.
