Form 1099-Q: how do i unlink Line D?

The software knows i am linking it to a dependent, but is also trying to link line D and I can’t get it to stop and can’t file. How do i reverse this?

When viewing the 1099-Q in FORMS, do you have 'Dependent' checked as Beneficiary, and 'Taxpayer' checked as Recipient in A and B?  If you don't have 'someone else' checked for either of these, there should be no worksheet created.

If there is a link when you click on the arrow in Box D, you should get an option to 'Remove Link'. 

You may need to Delete Form 1099-Q and re-enter it if this doesn't correct the error.
