I DID NOT SEE OTHER SCREENS TO ENTER THAT IT WAS A DIRECT ROLLOVER. IT WAS A DIRECT ROLLOVER. I DID GET A CHECK MADE DIRECTLY TO FIDELITY FOR THE ROLLOVER
