Entering information on tax for

I have downloaded the Turbotax program onto my PC.  I have been successful in loading most data requested.  However, when I get to the page on downloading 1099-R amounts it says "Needs Review" and it will not get to the page where I can enter my information.  I tried updating my program which it apparently did but I still get the same "Needs Review" indications.  What do I need to do?

Some folks systems have seemed to have problems in that area.

Their usual fix is to switch to Forms Mode, and then Open&Delete every 1099-R form they see in the left-side window.   Then return to the interview and normal access to the menu for entering 1099-R forms (usually) returns.
