Do I owe GA income tax on my Roth Conversion, if the conversion was done in FL, prior to becoming a GA resident?

I made a Roth Conversion from my Rollover IRA in January 2021, when I was a FL permanent resident.  I already paid estimated federal income taxes on this conversion.  I subsequently moved to GA in Sept 2021.  Do I owe any GA income tax on this conversion if I was a FL permanent resident at the time of the conversion?  Does TurboTax allow me to make that distinction on one of the tax forms?   Thanks!

You will not be taxed in Georgia on the pension income you received while a resident of Florida. You will be asked in TurboTax to designate your pension income as belonging to Georgia or Florida. It belongs in Florida since you were a resident there when you received it.

Your Georgia tax return form 500 will include a Schedule 3 on which your non-Georgia income will be listed so you will only be taxed on your Georgia income. The ratio of your Georgia income to your total income, or ratio of days in Georgia versus total days in the year will be used to allocate your deductions on your Georgia tax return.
