If you have the paypal account associated with the cashplus account and have a routing and account number to enter then yes, it is treated like a bank account. You need to make sure your name is on the account though, if not, even if you put the account and routing number the funds will not be deposited and instead you will receive a paper check.

No, you are not able to withdraw the entire refund at once. There are daily limits as to what you can withdraw, when you receive your card it will let you know.

Go to Walmart’s Money Center. 
let them know you want to withdraw from your debit card. $1000 at a time up to $3000 a day & cost is 3.74 per transaction. I went today and it worked! Don’t waste your time with the bank.

There is a daily limit on cash withdraws from the TurboTax card, so you cannot withdraw more than that each day.

I think the questions that really need answering are: 

What is the daily limit?

        a) at the ATM

        b) at the teller (Walmart)

        c) are online purchases included in that daily limit or is that separate from the atm/teller withdraws?

        d) and total per day...... AS WELL AS IS THERE A MONTHLY LIMIT? I have seen other posts on here         mentioning you can only get a total of 3000.00 / mo.

I'm currently on hold and it's been over an hr waiting for a rep from customer service. I also can not seem to find the answers to any of these questions on the links nor the turbo card ward websites you have provided. Please assist w/ more answers and not just sending a link. That would be more helpful.
