Can I use a 1040-X to enter my spouse's AGI from 2020? If so, do I enter the Original Amount (line 1a.) or the Correct Amount (line 1c.)?

The original 2020 AGI.  Not from the amended return.

@jmarinaccio04  I am assuming that you can't locate the original 1040.

You can try entering the amount from the 1040X but it is highly likely that the system still has the AGI from her original 1040 in it.  You may have to create an account at IRS.gov in order to access her AGI information.  Good luck.

@jmarinaccio04

IRS always checks against your original Form 1040

TIP: the original AGI may be found on Form 1040-X Column A.
