1040V Question

I filed electronically with Turbotax,  and am mailing in my 1040V form. I noticed that the 1040V form filled-in by Turbotax is different than the blank 1040V form on the IRS website. Does it make any difference which form I use?

No, it doesn't make a difference which 1040-V form you use.
