Police Pension - Exclusion under IRC Sec. 104(A)(4)

My pension is non-taxable under IRC Sec. 104(A)(4). My 1099-R reports it as taxable but historically, I have taken an adjustments on Schedule 1 for this exclusion. How can I do this in Turbo Tax?
