Will the hurricane Irma 401k/pension withdrawal section of Turbotax have an estimated date to be ready?

As I run Turbotax, and flag the box for Hurricane impact zone for my 401K and Pension withdrawals, the program cycles indicating I will have to return to that section before filing. ( acts like that part of the Tax code has not been finalized ).   Is there an estimate date it will be or have I marked something incorrectly?

Yes, the estimated date for Form 8915A, Qualified 2016 Disaster Retirement Plan Distributions and Repayments can be found in the link below, dates subject to change. The form has not been finalized by the IRS.

The latest version of the 8915 form on the IRS website is the 2009 version.  Waiting for the IRS to produce the 2017 version and then issue the e-file specifications for the 2017 form.   3/1 is just an estimate from the IRS.
