In April 2022 my wife and I each opened and contributed to separate Roth IRAs, to be counted as 2021. This was after we filed our taxes for 2021. Note, we have not yet contributed FOR the year 2022.

I see it says "for 2022" not "in 2022". How do I account for the "for 2021 but did it in 2022" scenario?
(I see the next screen asks "Did You Open a Roth IRA Before 2022?" - is this the key?)
