One of your 1099-NEC forms doesn't include enough info for us to know where to report income on your return. I went over it with fine tooth comb and I get this message

You would have to contact the issuer of the form 1099-NEC for clarification if there is missing information. What you need is the name of the company, address, federal ID number and the amount they paid you. The issuer should be able to provide that to you.
