Once in a lifetime IRA distribution to my HSA is being reported twice as non-taxable on line 4b

On my supporting schedule Form 1099-R Summary line 1a the amount of the distribution appears.  This same amount shows up on line 1f as HSA funding distributions.  So my distribution is being double counted by Turbo Tax.  How do I correct this problem?

It appears that you have reported the HSA Funding Distribution as a rollover.  An HFD is not a rollover, so edit the 1099-R form in TurboTax to remove the indication that the HFD was rolled over to another retirement account.  Alternatively, delete and reenter the 1099-R.  If none of the distribution was moved to another retirement account, indicate that you cashed it out.  An HSA is not a retirement account.
