On the 1099-G page, box 10a is a list of states to pick from and TN is missing. I cannot type the state in the box, must be picked from the list. What do I do?

Tennessee does not have a personal income tax so leave boxes 10a, 10b and 11 blank on the Form 1099-G.

Leave all the boxes for state taxes blank on the 1099-G. 

Tennessee does not have a personal income tax so there will not be any state income taxes withheld on the unemployment compensation.
