On form 1099-SA (2021), how do I enter a distribution code of 7 in the drop-down menu for box 3?

Available options are 1 thru 6, or "no entry".

On form 1099-SA (2021), how do I enter a distribution code of 7 in the drop-down menu for box 3?

Code 7 does not exist for box 3 of form 1099-SA. If you have code 7 in that box, then reach out to the issuer of the form for correction.
