which is suppose to be state distribution, is it the same at state tax withheld? I

ON 1099-R I have no box 16a and tax form asking for state distribution

The state distribution should be in Box 16.

The state should be listed in Box 15, along with a state ID number.

The state tax withheld should be in Box 14.
