Ohio public employee ret sys 1099-r is different than turbo tax

Why is turbo tax asking for my state tax withheld in box 14 when my 1099-r has state tax withheld in box 14?

Please make sure you select the correct 1099-R version on the "Who gave you a 1099-R?" screen. If you got a CSA 1099-R then please select "Office of Personnel Management (CSA 1099-R) For U.S. Government Civil Service retiree annuity"

1. Login to your TurboTax Account 
2. Click on the Search box on the top and type “1099-R”
3. Click on “Jump to 1099-R”
