Ohio joint filing credit

For two years in a row now Turbo Tax will not apply the joint filing credit to our Ohio tax return. However, the Ohio tax website does correctly apply the joint filing credit so I have to prepare my Ohio tax return on Ohio’s free tax website. We have at least $500 in qualifying income (each) and meet all of the requirements to receive this credit. I have read all previous comments on this topic which did not solve this discrepancy. Can Turbo Tax solve this please? I have pension (1099-R) and SS income and my wife has W-2 income
