Federal tax withheld 1099-B

You can click the box for additional entries and you will get to the screen to enter the withholding. See the screen shots below.

Of course, you only enter state and federal taxes that you think the broker withheld if the amounts are ACTUALLY reported on the 1099-B.  If you don't see those numbers on the 1099-B then the broker didn't withhold, your employer did.

which box needs to be clicked I don't see that option for 2020 turbotax

The posts above dated in June 2019 could really be for older years and may not apply to 2020.  When they started this new forum all the prior posts got dated for 2019.

You have to be using the Desktop program to do 2020 now.  Do you have withholding on your 1099B?  After you fill in the first screen with sale date and proceeds etc.  you will get this next screen that has a box 4 for withholding.
