That is not a code.   The code is a single number like a "1" or a "7" or other single digit or letter.

What is the problem that you are having?

Be sure you are choosing the CSA 1099-R type.

1099-R type:  Standard 1099-R, CSA-1099-R, CSF-1099-R, RRB-1099-R.

I've seen other CSA-1099s with the word nondisability.  Just enter the code 7 in the code box box and don't try to write in nondisability anywhere.  This is an error on the issuer's part.
