Do you report employer contribution to a self employed 401K on the w-2 form,

The president of an S-Corp is paid a salary and also has a self employed 401K. Does the S-Corp contribution to the 401K get reported on his W-2. It is not an employee deferred contribuiton..

No.  The employer contribution is not to be reported on the employee's W-2.  It's reported on the S corp's tax return.
